Sea fly fishing Dublin/Waterford

    Two quick queries, targeting pollack and bass mainly:
    1) Just wondering if anyone knows of spots within driving distance of Dublin which are suitable for sea fly without a kayak/etc?
    2) As I'm down home in Waterford this weekend, how likely are areas like Bunmahon, Boatstrand and Annestown to be any use for this?
