Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It has recently come to light that a deceased grandparent (1990) had possibly a savings account and maybe also an investment account with An Post. This was paid out in 2003 to a family representative however we have no idea who the representative was or what amount was paid out.

    An Post have said they cannot disclose the information and I have to contact the family representative.

    My question is do any of you know whether An Post would be obliged to disclose this information to us on receipt of a solicitor's letter?

    There was no Will in place...
