Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

I removed the ECU connection to get to the carb. After cleaning it, I replaced and re-connected ECU. Wanted to start the car, but there is nothing. Dashboard stays dark, no radio, windows or anything. The boot is locked and cannot open either.
Tried to disconnect and battery. When I re-connect it, a relay works for 1 or 2 seconds, and stops. Please help what gone wrong and how can I fix it?

Check your fuses. Did you disconnect the battery when you unplugged the ECU?

Might as well point out that your car doesn't have a carb.

    Hi Colm,

    Thanks for the advice.
Turned out, the night before my kids played in the car and left the glove box open. There is a light in it... Should have checked the battery first :-)
By carb I meant the throttle body.
