    Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.

    (I figured this out by asking myself, what part of Oz might look like Canada, as there was evidence of LHD and the same postmodernist government looking architecture combined with "historic" tours). I notice the picture is in deep southern winter (August 2017), hence the bleak appearance which you would not normally associate with down under.
