Some would say it's Lhasa in Tibet, but either way it's Lhasa.
That photo was taken from the Potala Palace which is the main recognisable feature of the city/country.

Didn’t even realise it was in Tibet, the way I found it was a bit unusual and they never mentioned anything other than “China”, which is quite wrong of them as you pointed out josip.

I'm gonna guess NOT the Mediterranean.

Marina pontoons in the Med don't usually need to be able to rise and fall with the tide, because there basically is none.

That said, there's only room there for about a metre or so of rise and fall, so wherever it is, the tides are fairly mild.
