Streuth, timely. Pretty sure that's Coffs Harbour, NSW? It was the mountains and not the marina that twigged it for me.

It appears to be in the U.S. with the American flag flying alone, you would only ever see that flag in the presence of a Canadian flag if it was on display in Canada. It looks like the northeastern states so similar to Toronto anyway.
