It was the Chilean Flag on the boat to the right that steered me towards Chile.
But most of the Chilean coast has land to the right when facing North so I wasn't sure.
I only thought it was the Northern Black Sea because of the guy conked out on the bench.

Outside Britain and Ireland, double-decker buses are quite rare in Europe. As far as I know Berlin and Skopje are the only big cities with more than a handful of them. Some cities like Copenhagen and Paris tried to introduce them but were not successful.

So a picture with a double-decker bus is quite a giveaway!

Well done, I was going to give Peter Falk as the clue but thought it might be too easy.

Thankfully I didn't need to ask for just one more thing.

And by the way, a hearty F*** you to Photobucket for screwing up all my embeds.

    Vancouver.
That's it. Should have cropped more off the right.

Building on the left, the Sam Kee Building, is only 6 feet deep.

    Take it away.
