    Hi,

    I'm curious about the deals with switching mortgages, I'm currently on variable with AIB at 3.4%

    I see if I move to BOI I can get 3% fixed for 3 years and a lumpsum cashback.

    Is it still worth while by the time I pay legal fees etc?

    Can you tell me roughly how much fees it cost altogether?
