    Hi all,

    Can one recommend a reliable and not expensive engineer in Dublin for duplex appartment pre-purchase survey. It's second hand and is based in Adamstown, Lucan.

    I am looking for a plumber to do a full pre-purchase plumbing inspection / survey of a house in Midleton, Co. Cork. Check showers, sinks, bath, emersion, toilets and especially radiator heating system. Can anyone recommend a good one? Thanks in advance
