    Hi All,

    11 club riders from Seven Springs CC taking on Mizen to Malin in three days - 590kms.

    Designed a special jersey for the trip courtesy of our main sponsor -

    Day 1 Friday August 4th Mizen- Kanturk-Limerick South.
    Day 2 Saturday 5th Limerick South- Athlone - Ballinamore,Leitrim
    Day 3 Sunday 6th Ballinamore - Enniskillen - Malin Head.

    i saw this earlier on the stayin alive at 1.5 fb page - it mentioned that Ciarán Cannon is doing it with ye.
