Kitchen/ sitting room spot lights,

Hey folks Currently moved into a property for short term 1-2 years and it has 16 spotlights between the Kitchen and sitting room , I'm just wondering what bulbs would use the least amount of electricity ,I don't want to be running up high costs from just lighting the place
