Hi all, going anonymous for this . I have heard of the suicide of a close friend at the weekend and I am entirely lost and heartbroken. I have no idea what to do, where to go and my mind is running in circles. Are there any online support groups? is there maybe someone who can tell me what to expect? Funeral is tomorrow,…

Hi OP

That is an auful shock to get, and will take time to process it, can you talk to mutual friends and support each other? Everyone is in shock at a time like that but you can and will get through it, with support and time. X
