I'm a bit surprised Yan went this week, Kate seems to have managed to barely scrape her way through the past few weeks!

    Stacey should be long gone

Looks like we're back to the big showstoppers next week!

Yan tonight lifted her two arms and ran her hands through her hair then straight back into kneading the pizza dough . I actually gagged

Why is cannoli on a bake off when they are fried?

Ooh that episode had me starving!

Very close between Liam and Steven tonight. I don't dislike Steven and all his stuff looked great tonight but I just love Liam and its great to watch him getting better and better every week, so would have preferred to see him get star Baker again. Plus his facial expression would have been amazing if he got it two weeks in a row!

Did Sophie think she had it?!

Yan and Kate were atrocious. I thought Kate was gone. I was a little distracted watching so thankfully I missed Yan rubbing her hair and then kneading the dough. Ugh! Not sorry to see her go. She just wasn't winning material.

I really can't warm to Sophie or Steven.

I liked Yan a lot, it's a pity she's gone. Liam, Sophie and Steven will definitely be top 3 I'd say.

Surprised Yan went over Sophie, felt she had a worse week, but what a gracious loser Yan was.

    You mean Stacey?

I’m still suspicious of Steven. His technical and showstopper both seemed to be restaurant quality.

At times I feel like Kate is just losing interest unless she knows what she's doing. In the challenges where she's a little out of her depth she doesn't rise to the challenge and has had some pretty poor efforts over the past few weeks. Her showstopper was awful looking last night but after the glimpse of next week, something historical/old recipes, she will be in her element again.

I was sorry to see Yan go (despite the fingers through the hair, lol) I found her very likeable and entertaining.

I am so sorry to see Yan go. I was sure it was to be Kate. She basically gave up. She didn't even bother trying to reshape the pizza after it fell apart in the oven. Her showstopper was gross. She should have gone. Of the bottom 3, Yan was the best of the 3 imo.
Really separated the wood from the trees there- Sophie Liam and Steven for the final. Unless they are deliberately putting in Victorian week to give Kate a chance to get into it (cynical, moi?!)

Steven was marvelling/ disgusted at Sophie's calmness under pressure. She is the exact opposite to Stacey who is haphazard and panics. I know who I would rather have working for me.

Not everything on GBBO is baked, over the years they've made donuts (fried), bagels (boiled), fortune cookies (fried), churros (fried).

Sorry to see Yan go. Stacey must have something on the judges cos she should have gone two weeks ago.

Just watched back on the player, this week definitely separated the top 3 from the weaker 3. I think it will be Steven,Sophie and Liam in the final.
