Hiring childminder in own home

I have 2 under 2 and I am considering hiring a childminder to mind our two in our home. Ideally would offer a term time contract as I am a teacher and off for school holidays. Where could I seek advice on drawing up such a contract? Also, has anyone done this that can offer advice regarding pay and conditions? Thanks ðŸ‘

She will be classed as a nanny rather then a childminder .
