Hi, Could someone please recommend me a pair of running shoes. I have falling arches/flat feet. I will be aiming to be run up to 10k once a week. And, one or two shorter runs mid week. Hi,

I've bought Asics in store before, and went on their advice. However, I now want to buy online to get a better deal.
