    It's a band from this century who have released around 4 albums. They're not big, but they've appeared on a famous and weird TV show, and count a renowned movie director as a fan.

    genre still matters to me..alt/indie is a great genre cos it encompasses so many bands on the fringes of other genres ..indie does mean recording your tunes on a cassette player ..bands like murder capital for example appeal to everyone not just punks or metallers ..alt/indie is for those bands that blur the lines.

    Alternative & indie is kind of all encompassing to some, for some it's basically guitar bands.

    Had the puzzle being posed when they were indie we might have guessed them..so mainstream popular bands excepted we await the answer.
