Churches in Co. Mayo/Sligo

Hi I am looking for a church around Mayo/sligo area that may have a timber tabernacle. My dad made it about 15 years ago but we are unsure of what church. It would have made its journey from knock. We are trying to do a memory book for my dad and would like to get some photos if we can find it. Thanks
