Hi,

Is there any good priced site selling Led bulb B22 type?

And any reviews on Smart led bulbs which changes colour?

The Ikea LED bulbs are quite good, I think they are all screw in fittings...

Ah ok. I am looking for B22 type fitting.
Any online store where I could get them? I am based in mid west so Dublin is 2 hour drive

B22 is standard bayonmet fitting. Your local Tesco shoild have them and any electrical wholesaler such as Kellihers (all open to the public) http://kellihers.com/branchlocator/

Just visited Kellihers and got a bulb.

They don't have samples available outside as to see how much light/colour a bulb would give.

Any recommendations on a specific Led bulb b22? I am looking for white colour light and which is bright enough to lit the bedroom. 2 sq. meter bedroom.

Bulbs are rated in lumens and colour scale.

A very bright b22 would be about 1000-1200 lumens and "cool white" bulb.

Cool white are difficult enough to get in b22 fitting. Usually its for showroom display / retail display where bayonet are not used.

tell them what you want to do in terms of light and the'll recommend something.

Go in the afternoon when they will be fairly quiet and have time to chat. A lot of staff would be electricla anoracks and will be happy to chat and advise even if it means sale of just one bulb
