The deadline has passed so here are the trends for the week ahead...Popular trends - G.W. 17
Most popular Main Event Tier picks
1. Roman Reigns 12
2. Samoa Joe 8
3. Asuka 7
Most popular Upper Tier picks
1. Luke Harper 12
2. Dean Ambrose 10
3. Erick Rowan 8
Most popular Lower Tier picks

3. Drew Gulak 2
In the Main Event Tier, Roman Reigns remains the most popular, but Samoa Joe has seen a big spike in ownership this week.
In the Upper Tier, Luke Harper still leads the way and climbs to join Reigns as the most popular overall pick. Rowan has also gained several new owners.
In the Lower Tier, Enzo continues to lose support but still remains the most popular in the category; Mojo and Gulak meanwhile have the backing of some more players.
As for the captaincy, Luke Harper has the most support this week with five of you believing he will pick up a win; Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe figure next with three of you each backing one of them.
Good luck for this massive week ahead as two Cup finals will be decided in what will be our penultimate week.0 -
1 gameweek remaining...
Raw has finished and that means we are at the halfway stage of this crucial gameweek. Below you will find the latest score in the Fantasy Cup Final, the latest score in the Tag Team Tournament Final, all of the Raw scores, and finally what they mean for our league table. Read on for more...

Mr. Guappa 9 - 6 Bounty Hunter
Fantasy Cup Final Replay Fallout
Our inseparable finalists lock horns once again and as happened in the original final last week, it's Mr. Guappa that takes an early lead - this time of three points.
The final remains alive going into tonight's show Smackdown; here are the remaining wrestlers which both players potentially have in action to look out for...
Mr. Guappa: Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, Luke Harper (capt.), Mojo Rawley.
Bounty Hunter: AJ Styles, Jimmy Uso, Luke Harper, Mojo Rawley.
It looks fair to say Mr. Guappa is favourite given that he has Luke Harper as captain, and Kevin Owens is scheduled for action tonight.
Bounty Hunter's best best looks to be to hope The Bludgeon Brothers are in a vignette rather than a match, for Owens to lose his match, and for Styles and Jimmy Uso to pick up wins.
Will we have our winner after tonight?Tag Team Tournament Final
paulie21 and Gaw_ 22 - 35 JoeMonty (beakerjoe and montyrebel)
Tag Team Tournament Final Fallout
It is JoeMonty that take the early advantage in the tie but it is still up for grabs heading into Smackdown. Here are the remaining wrestlers the finalists could potentially have in action:
paulie21: Luke Harper (capt.), Erick Rowan, Mojo Rawley.
Gaw_: AJ Styles, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, Mojo Rawley.
beakerjoe: Jey Uso
montyrebel: Luke Harper, Erick Rowan.
As you can see a lot will depend on whether The Bludgeon Brothers and Mojo Rawley see action. If they do and pick up wins, this tie could be turned on its head. It should add up to a very exciting Smackdown.

It is beakerjoe and Necrominus that pick up the best Raw scores; beakerjoe via wins from his captain Samoa Joe, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Paige and a Dean Ambrose appearance point. Necrominus secured his points through the same wrestlers except he had Roman Reigns as his captain.
The average for Raw was 10 points.

Fantasy League Fallout
Mr. Guappa remains the main man in the league but beakerjoe's strong Raw score has narrowed the margin back to fifteen points. Tonight's Smackdown will be important for both men not just when it comes to their respective finals, but also our league table. If Mr. Guappa can have a lead of over thirty points going into the final week you'd fancy he will be tough to stop from claiming the title. Another reason why tonight's Smackdown will be fascinating.
As far as climbers go, Gaw_ has risen to third place while I have moved up to fifth spot. In the bottom four's Deletion Zone, Lithium_93 rises above KayJay86.
When it comes to the Deletion Zone, LeeJM has looked to be gone for some time and Ruat Caelum looks too far adrift also. It will likely then be a battle between montyrebel, Lithium_93 and KayJay86 to avoid the two remaining Deletion spots.Raw results
Mandy Rose and Paige defeated Bayley and Mickie James.
Finn Balor defeated Curtis Axel.
Seth Rollins defeated Sheamus.
Cedric Alexander defeated Mustafa Ali, Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari.
Roman Reigns defeated Cesaro.
Samoa Joe defeated Dean Ambrose.
Braun Strowman vs Kane ended in a double count-out.
The three players that kept faith with Paige were rewarded for their loyalty by picking up some very useful points.

That concludes the Raw update. On now to Smackdown which is a truly huge show for us with two finals, as well as the title race all on the line!0 -
Smackdown is over and that brings us to the end of our gameweek. Below you will find the results of both the Fantasy Cup Final and Tag Team Tournament Final (and there's been plenty of drama in those) as well as the league standings at the end of the week. I will then preview the upcoming PPV Bonus for Clash of Champions as we prepare for our final week! Read on for the latest news...*Note - Smackdown spoilers below. Mr. Guappa 24 - 12 Bounty Hunter
Fantasy Cup Final Replay Fallout
At long last we have our 2017 Fantasy Cup Winner. Congratulations to Mr. Guappa!
Commiserations to Bounty Hunter whose Cup run this year featured many remarkable comebacks, including the original Cup Final which he managed to take to a replay, but Mr. Guappa was not to be denied on this occasion.
This marks Mr. Guappa's first award in the game and with him holding top spot in the league table, the possibility of a first ever League and Cup double is now a distinct possibility.
Let's take a look back at Mr. Guappa's road to victory...Group Stages
Mr. Guappa 24 - 18 beakerjoe
Mr. Guappa 29 - 27 Lord TSC
Mr. Guappa 59 - 57 Cheese Wagstaff
A 100 per cent record in the group stage saw Mr. Guappa qualify to the quarter-finals as the winner of Group B. He would then find himself pitted against Necrominus.Quarter-Final
Mr. Guappa 106 - 44 Necrominus
The standout performance of the quarter-final stage saw Mr. Guappa notch up the only century-plus score over the two legs.Semi-Final
Mr. Guappa 84 - 73 Kankan14
Despite a stern test from Kankan14, Mr. Guappa had done enough to secure his place in the final against Bounty Hunter, the man with whom he had done battle during the Survivor Series Challenge.Final
Mr. Guappa 15 - 15 Bounty Hunter
The rivalry with Bounty Hunter would take another twist as the final ended up as a tie, the first time that has happened in the game.Final Replay
Mr. Guappa 24 - 12 Bounty Hunter
Mr. Guappa finally secured the hard fought victory, cementing himself as the deserved winner this year.
With that folks we reach the end of the 2017 Fantasy Cup game. Sixteen players took part but only one is left standing and that person is Mr. Guappa. Congratulations to him once again.
Of course this massive week contained another final, and that reached its amazing conclusion last night...Tag Team Tournament Final
paulie21 and Gaw_ 47 - 46 JoeMonty (beakerjoe and montyrebel)
Tag Team Tournament Final Fallout
Congratulations to our tag team champions...paulie21 and Gaw_!
An incredible climax to the final saw the tag team of paulie21 and Gaw_ secure the titles by just one point. I suspect this is the closest result we've ever had in a final in the game. Just one result in the end was the difference separating the teams.
It's been a dramatic triumph for the champions as they were the fourth team on the tag team ladder to qualify for the Semi-Finals. Just six points separated them from Team Smackdown (Lord TSC and Ruat Caelum) and potential elimination.
From there, they would defeat the team that had topped the tag team ladder, -1989 (Necrominus and daithi1989) to book their passage to the final.
Commiserations to the team of JoeMonty who can perhaps take some consolation from providing us with a really thrilling final.
It now means that paulie21 retains the tag title that he won last year (with DM_7) while beakerjoe once again is left tasting defeat as was the case with last year's final (with Kankan14). The win also marks the first ever award for Gaw_. Well done to both of our tag champions on a superb victory.

Fantasy League Fallout
Congratulations to Mr. Guappa who heads into the game's final week with a lead of 29 points. I mentioned in the Raw update that a lead of over 30 points could be enough for the leader to plan celebrating, and the winning margin falls just short of that. Looking at the table it looks like beakerjoe is the only one capable of denying Mr. Guappa his league and cup double. Is a 29 point swing doable in a 3-show week, including a PPV Bonus? It would be a long shot but it's a shot. You would think in order for it to happen Mr. Guappa has to have a really bad week and beakerjoe needs to have his best week ever. Clash of Champions therefore will tell us a lot about the chances of that happening.
As far as climbers go, daithi1989 has taken control of third place. paulie21, Cheese Wagstaff and Lord TSC have also moved up and it looks quite congested in that part of the table.
In the Deletion Zone, KayJay86 moves ahead of Lithium_93. The big question is can montyrebel continue to evade the bottom four or will he be dragged back into a survival battle?Smackdown results.
Charlotte defeated Ruby Riott via D.Q.
Dolph Ziggler defeated Baron Corbin via D.Q.
The Bludgeon Brothers defeated Colin Delaney and Joe Monroe.
Rusev and Aiden English defeated The Usos.
Kevin Owens defeated Shinsuke Nakamura
Rusev picked up a win for a second straight week. Are you tempted to use one of your final transfers on him?
On to Gameweek #18 (PPV and Final Week)...
*****Clash of Champions Bonus Pts*****
In this final week we will also have our final bonus and it will work the same way as the final bonus of last year's game: it will be an accumulator involving the 4 title matches on the show which will each be worth points...1) Smackdown Women's Title Match: Charlotte (c) vs Natalya - 1 point
2) Smackdown Tag Title Match: The Usos (c) vs New Day vs Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable vs Rusev and Aiden English - 2 points
3) US Title Match: Baron Corbin (c) vs Dolph Ziggler vs Bobby Roode - 3 points
4) WWE Title Match: AJ Styles (c) vs Jinder Mahal - 4 points
Here's how it works...
Correctly predict the result of the Women's Title match and you pocket 1 point; predict the result of the Tag Title match and you pocket 2 points; predict the result of the US Title match and you pocket 3 points; and predict the winner of the WWE Title Match and you pocket 4 points.
A true Clash of the Champions bonus. But here's the catch...
You will need to correctly predict the Women's Title match result in order to be eligible for the Tag Title match points, and likewise to be eligible for the US Title match points you will need to have correctly predicted the Tag Title match result.
Here's an example of how it will work in practice:A player correctly predicts the Women's match, US Title match, and the main event results, but predicted the Tag Title match wrong. How many points do they get? The answer is only 1 point. They needed to get the Tag match result correct to be eligible for the remaining points.
Another example:A player gets the Women's Title match wrong but the other three results right. How many points do they get? Answer: zero. The player needed to get the first match result right in order to be eligible for the later results.
I hope that's clear. If not, feel free to post any questions.
It means depending on your prediction skills, you could wind up with scores of 1 point, 3 points, 6 points, a maximum of 10 points, or...zero points.
You won't lose points on this bonus so it's worth your while going for it. Also keep in mind I'm asking you to predict the results of the matches, NOT who leaves as champion.
So your line-up for the week ahead should look a bit like this:MAIN EVENT TIER - X
MAIN EVENT TIER - X
MAIN EVENT TIER - X
UPPER TIER - X
UPPER TIER - X
UPPER TIER - X
LOWER TIER - X
Your captain: X
Clash of Champions Bonus:
Smackdown Women's Title Match: X - 1 point

WWE Title Match: X - 4 points
Deadline
As it's a PPV week the deadline this time will be before the first pre-show match of Clash of Champions on Sunday, December 17th.
Transfers and Captaincy
You can now make up to 2 transfers to your squad if you wish. These must be from the same tier. For example, a Main Event Tier performer for a Main Event Tier performer; an Upper Tier performer for an Upper Tier performer.
Please outline who you are transferring out and transferring in when posting your squads to make it easier for me to follow.
Once a team has been posted that team will be final and no edits will be allowed (unless there are exceptional circumstance, i.e. a wrestler gets legit hurt, or they are suspended).
Don't forget to choose a captain who will score you double points.
Good Luck
That concludes the update. We now know three of the names on our end of game honour roll: Mr. Guappa, the Fantasy Cup Champion, and paulie21 and Gaw_, our tag team champions. We will soon discover which player will pick up the most prestigious prize of all - champion of the Fantasy League. And we will also learn which four players have suffered the fate of DELETION.
The final week is not to be missed, so buckle up and get ready for Gameweek #18, now open for business.
Note - I know for the last PPV a few players were caught out by the time of the first pre-show match which can be tricky to predict. Since I'd hate to see a player miss the final deadline, I'll allow players to PM their teams this week if it will give them peace of mind. You don't have to do this and can post in the thread as normal if you want, but if you're worried you might miss the deadline then you can avail of this option if you'd like.0 -

The deadline has passed for the final week. Here are some stats for the game in 2017 which I thought were quite interesting:Some end-of-game stats
- Only three players have experienced finishing a gameweek at the top of the league: paulie21, daithi1989 and Mr. Guappa.
- Only six players have finished a gameweek among the top three places: paulie21, daithi1989, beakerjoe, Mr. Guappa, Gaw_ and Lord TSC.
- Mr. Guappa has been top of the league for the longest in the game. He first went top in Gameweek 9 and has remained there ever since.
- The highest points earned in a single gameweek was by Bounty Hunter who earned a whopping 65 points in Gameweek 10. That week he was the top scorer for the TLC PPV, Raw and second top scorer for Smackdown.
- The lowest points for a single gameweek went to Lithium_93 who got a minus-two score in the points loss week of Gameweek 11.
Note: Any player that missed the final deadline, I will accept bonus predictions as long as they are in before the first of the four title matches starts.0 -

Popular trends - G.W. 18
Most popular Main Event Tier picks
1. Roman Reigns 9
2. AJ Styles 7
3. Kevin Owens / Samoa Joe / Seth Rollins 6
Most popular Upper Tier picks
1. Luke Harper 12
2. Erick Rowan 9
3. Dean Ambrose / Jey Uso / Sami Zayn 5
Most popular Lower Tier picks
1. Mojo Rawley 10
2. Enzo Amore 5
3. Others 1
In the Main Event Tier, Reigns remains the top choice but his popularity has fallen this week as Styles sees a big rise in ownership.
In the Upper Tier, Luke Harper leads the way and is now on his own as the most popular pick in the game.
In the Lower Tier, Enzo's long run as the top choice in the category ends as Mojo Rawley becomes the new leader.
As far as the captaincy goes, Luke Harper and Mojo Rawley are tied with five players backing each man.
And in terms of the bonus, of the eleven players that went for it at the time of writing, there's some diversity in choices but everyone has gone for Charlotte to win. That means if Natalya wins then nobody will get a bonus!
Good luck folks as we prepare for our final three shows.0 -

Clash of Champions Fallout
Bonus points have been added above where they applied.
The bonus was an accumulator that required players to correctly predict the outcome of the title matches. The result of the Ziggler match threw almost all players off and meant that three points was the highest bonus any player managed. lycan238 managed to correctly predict Ziggler winning and also AJ Styles in the WWE Title match, but unfortunately he predicted the tag team match incorrectly, and so pocketed just the one bonus point.
The winners of the title matches in the required bonus order were: Charlotte, The Usos, Dolph Ziggler and AJ Styles.
Gaw_ got the highest overall score with a great return of 38 points. Every member of his team that was in action last night picked up wins: AJ Styles, Charlotte, Sami Zayn, Harper and Rowan, plus his captain Mojo Rawley. The second highest score went to Mr. Guappa who also had every member in action last night win: AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, captain Luke Harper, Rowan, Jey Uso and Mojo.
The average score was 23 points.

Congratulations to Mr. Guappa who remains on top and has extended his lead to 44 points over nearest rival beakerjoe. With just two shows remaining it looks like the title is all but in his grasp unless we have some very unusual occurrences on the remaining shows.
As far as climbers go, Gaw_ has retaken third spot after his strong PPV performance and is within sight of second place. Lord TSC meanwhile has taken hold of seventh spot.
In the Deletion Zone, Lithium_93 climbs above KayJay86 and is 33 points behind montyrebel in the battle for survival. Raw will be interesting to see if that lead can be clawed back at all.Clash of Champions results.
Mojo Rawley defeated Zack Ryder.
Dolph Ziggler defeated Baron Corbin and Bobby Roode to win the US Title.
The Usos defeated Big E and Kofi, Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin, and Rusev and Aiden English.
Charlotte defeated Natalya.
The Bludgeon Brothers defeated Breezango.
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn defeated Shinsuke Nakamura and Randy Orton.

Mojo delivered nicely for all those players that brought him in.

It's LeeJM that gets the joint-highest score for Raw via wins from captain Samoa Joe plus Sheamus. Ruat Caelum earned his score via wins from Finn Balor's two wins plus Cesaro.
As noted earlier, five wrestlers did double duty last night: Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Jason Jordan, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. Most players though loaded up on Smackdown talent this week due to the PPV, and so it made little difference.
The average Raw score was just 6 points.

Congratulations to Mr. Guappa who heads into the final show on top of the table with a lead of 34 points over nearest rival beakerjoe. Barring an extremely unlikely run of results on Smackdown, he will be officially crowned our winner tomorrow.
With regards the Deletion Zone, montyrebel's solid score for Raw would appear to have secured his place above the bottom four, and thus avoid the dreaded fate of deletion.
As far as climbers go, paulie21 is the only mover as he takes hold of fifth spot. It's very close around the mid-table area and we will soon know shortly what the overall final standings are.
Up until now I've separated players who were level pegging by alphabetical order. For the final overall standings, if players are level then the one who got the most points from their captaincy choices throughout the game will get the spot. I've been keeping track of all our scores since week one.Raw results
Seth Rollins defeated Jason Jordan.
Finn Balor defeated Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas via D.Q.
Finn Balor and Hideo Itami defeated Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas.
Cedric Alexander defeated Drew Gulak.
Asuka defeated Alicia Fox.
Samoa Joe, Sheamus and Cesaro defeated Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan.
The Revival defeated Heath Slater and Rhyno.
Bayley, Sasha Banks and Mickie James defeated Paige, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville via D.Q.
Finn Balor was the ideal choice this week as he not only did double duty but won both matches; but the only player who had him in their line-up was Ruat Caelum.
That completes the Raw update. We look ahead now to our last show of the game to learn our final ranking, and with plenty of Smackdown wrestlers potentially in action, here's hoping it makes for a fun finale.
Correction: I noticed while doing the Smackdown scores that I had left Cesaro on Ruat Caelum's team blank (should have earned 5 points), Paige on Necrominus's team blank (should have had 1 point), and Dean Ambrose on lycan238's team blank (should have had 1 point). I've since corrected these scores and added them to the table above. Apologies for the oversight.0 -

We come to the final stop of our game. This contest began in early August and for over four months we have pitted our prediction skills against one another. We know this year's Fantasy Cup was won by Mr. Guappa and the Tag Team Titles won by paulie21 and Gaw_. Now it is time to congratulate the winner of the grandest title of all: Fantasy League Champion. The winner of the PW 2017 Fantasy League is...

Mr. Guappa!
With a winning margin of 38 points, he is undoubtedly a deserving winner and for the first time in the game he completes the double, adding to his Fantasy Cup win. Here's how he secured the title...The Road to the Title
"I'll give this a shot" were the modest words that marked Mr. Guappa's debut in the Fantasy League and what was to follow was the most impressive season we've seen in the Fantasy League to date.
He never finished a gameweek outside of the top three and spent the longest amount of time in first position. After claiming top spot in Gameweek 9 he never relinquished it, managing to manoeuvre through challenges like the PPV weeks and the points loss week in style.
The main league challenge came from beakerjoe who came to take second spot in Gameweek ten and would remain in the spot ever since, but Mr. Guappa's form was too difficult to be stopped.
This year's champ would also complete a first ever double, winning the final replay over Bounty Hunter and bringing to an end what had been a great rivalry between those players this year.
Congratulations once again to our winner Mr. Guappa on his super year.

Fantasy League Fallout
As noted earlier, Mr. Guappa took the title with a winning margin of 38 points, and that beat the record set by our first ever champion Cheese Wagstaff, who won his title with a lead of 28 points over his nearest rival A Brad Maddox Guy.
beakerjoe managed to hold on to second spot despite a spirited charge from Gaw_ and that marks beakerjoe's best ever finish so well done to him.
The only climber was myself as I managed to edge ahead of paulie21 for fifth.
As for the Deletion Zone, congratulations go to montyrebel who survives. He had spent several weeks there but managed to free himself in the final third of the game. That means the players that fade away and classify themselves as obsolete are: LeeJM, Ruat Caelum, KayJay86 and Lithium_93. Fair to say Lithium_93 made the most impressive effort of the four to survive but that was a tough lead to claw back.Smackdown results.
Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin defeated The Usos.
Charlotte and Naomi defeated Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan.
Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods defeated Rusev and Aiden English.
AJ Styles, Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Jinder Mahal, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn
Aj has been a very popular pick in the game this year and finished off with a win. Surprisingly no Bludgeon Brothers or Mojo Rawley in action. The 2017 Fantasy League Tournament Performances - In Review
LeeJM - The first ever Fantasy Cup winner back in 2015 and finished fifth that year, but last year resulted in Deletion and the same thing happened again this year.
Ruat Caelum - Had a strong opening week that saw him fifth and there was a respectable tag tournament run with Lord TSC, but results began to dip and his game ended in Deletion.
KayJay86 - There was just the one post all year from KayJay but his "zombie" team managed to give a surprisingly decent showing and looked for a time to have a good chance of avoiding Deletion, but ultimately the team did not survive.
Lithium_93 - Looked the most likely to possibly overhaul montyrebel in the battle to survive and has had some better results in recent weeks but just fell a little short in the end.
montyrebel - After some tough results in the early weeks, ended up improving a lot in the second half of the game. Managed to avoid Deletion and was also agonizingly close to winning the tag tournament final with beakerjoe, losing out by just a point in one of our most dramatic finals.
lycan238 - Some up-and-down results particularly in the mid-point of the game hurt the chances of a higher finish, but managed to reach the Fantasy Cup quarter-finals and never looked in serious danger of falling into the Deletion Zone.
Necrominus - Reached the Fantasy Cup quarter-finals but then had the unenviable task of taking on Mr. Guappa. Had a very good tag team partnership with daithi1989, topping the tag team ladder and falling just short in the semi-final. Some single figure scores in the mid-point of the game hurt a challenge for higher league places.
Kankan14 - A much improved performance on last year which then resulted in Deletion, this time that prospect never looked likely and there was a great Cup run to the Semi-Final, losing in the end to the eventual winner Mr. Guappa. Wasn't far off a higher placing either.
Bounty Hunter - While the league finish was lower than last year's one of sixth, he had a great Cup run which included an amazing comeback win over Gaw_ in the quarter-final, and culminated in a final appearance that went to a replay for the first time ever where he lost to Mr. Guappa. The rivalry with Mr. Guappa would extend to the Survivor Series Challenge, which Bounty Hunter's team won.
Cheese Wagstaff - The winner of the very first Fantasy League in 2015 had a much better season than last year where he narrowly avoided Deletion. This year the league showing was much improved and there were times when a higher finish seemed likely. There was also an impressive Cup run that ended at the semi-final stage, losing to Bounty Hunter.
Lord TSC - A strong showing in his debut season in the league that resulted in a finish of seventh in the league. Had an impressive showing in the tag team tournament too, narrowly missing out on a semi-final spot.
paulie21 - Followed up his great debut last year where he won the Cup and the tag tournament with another strong showing. Managed to retain his tag title in that thrilling final against the team of JoeMonty. Wasn't far off the top four.
Mr. Nice Guy - Broke my sequence of finishing fourth the last two years by finishing fifth. Overall pretty happy but some gambles earlier in the season didn't work out as I'd hoped.
daithi1989 - Followed up last year's epic performance of a league win and a runner-up finish in the Cup final with another impressive year. Managed a good league finish of fourth. The loss in the tag tournament semi-final will have been a sore one though.
Gaw_ - Last year was known as our late entrant having joined weeks after the game started but remarkably managed to avoid Deletion then; this time was in from the beginning and continued his strong performance with a finish of third, and just short of second. He also managed to pick up his first award in the game by winning the tag title in a terrific final.
beakerjoe - He continued his upward rise over the years having finished tenth in 2015, and fifth last year, with a fine finish of second this year. Also reached the tag tournament final with montyrebel and lost by just a point in an epic contest.
Mr. Guappa - Simply put, the best performance we've seen in the game's three years, capped off with a League and Cup double. Rarely put a foot wrong and showed great instincts with his choices.
On to...Christmas and the New Year!
Thank you to all players for their participation. You make the game possible.
I was very pleased to see we had much greater participation this year than in previous years - five more players in fact compared to the number last year. I thought there was great drama in the Cup games this year too with the Fantasy Cup going to a replay and the tag tournament final being decided by a point.
I always look to see how things can be improved and one idea I was thinking of concerns Deletion. Rather than confirming the four to go on the final week, instead perhaps have it be stretched out over the final four weeks of the game so that each week the bottom player is Deleted - as we did in the tag team tournament standings where the bottom team was eliminated. I think that might make things at the bottom more interesting.
Feel free to add any feedback, good or bad, on your experience or any thoughts which you think could improve things.
I hope the game provided some fun. It tends to keep me interested in WWE at a time when my interest would usually drop. Also nice to become familiar with users I wouldn't otherwise know so well. Perhaps some of you may consider giving the Draft a go in the next few weeks if you've never tried it and which beakerjoe does an excellent job of running. And maybe we can try this one more time in 2018 for what would be the fourth edition of the Fantasy League.
Congratulations one final time to league and Cup winner Mr. Guappa, as well as tag champs paulie21 and Gaw_. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.2017 PW Boards Fantasy League Honours.

I get great enjoyment out of this so will definitely be back next year to try complete my grand slam. Well done to Mr Guappa on the well deserved win. Huge thanks to MNG for running this and making it exciting every week. Merry Christmas and a happy new year everyone0
-
Delighted to have won this, it was a pleasure just to take part. Hopefully I'm back next year to chase the treble! Well done to paulie21 and Gaw_ on their tag tournament victory.
Massive thanks to MNG for running a fantastic competion. Between keeping track of everyone's team, updating the scores 2-3 times a week, and adding in bonus features throughout, he put in plenty of work, and it's greatly appreciated.
I hope to bridge a years-long absence and take part in the upcoming draft. I was in an early one, possibly the first and take a passing interest most years. I've a few ideas for my promotion brewing since last year that I can hopefully put into action.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all the Fantasy League participants.0 -
first of all Mr Nice Guy, you have lived up to your username and then some by running this, was fun to take part in and will certainly do so again.
For my 1st year I am glad to not have been in the bottom 4, still bitter over the tag titles though :P0
