Raw has wrapped up and now it's time to see how we all scored on the show. This week was the debut of the Tag Team Tournament and the lowest scoring team at the end of the gameweek will be the first team eliminated.

Raw Fallout
It's Cheese Wagstaff who achieves the best score for Raw, with a tremendous return of 19 points; wins for his captain Elias, as well as Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman, plus a Seth Rollins appearance got him the score.
beakerjoe and daithi1989 both get the next best score with a strong return of fifteen points; beakerjoe had wins via his captain Reigns and Elias, plus appearance points from Rollins and Jordan, whereas daithi1989 had a win from his captain Elias and Reigns, plus a Miz appearance point.
The average for Raw was 11 points.
Now let us see how the tag teams managed...Tag Team Tournament (Latest Scores)

Tag Team Tournament Fallout
lycan238 and Cheese Wagstaff are currently top of the rankings and I neglected to point out that, like last year, when we get down to the final four the top side will play the fourth team on the ladder in the first semi-final, while second and third will also play each other; so there is an incentive to finish top.
Before we get to that point though, we have to say goodbye to the lowest scoring sides. At the end of this gameweek, the bottom-ranked side will be eliminated. Right now it is Lord TSC and Ruat Caelum who are in that vulnerable position but it's very tight down there and so it likely will come down to Smackdown to determine which team leaves us.
(P.S. if anyone has thought up a name for their team, mention it in the thread and I'll add it for the next update.)

Smackdown Fallout
It's Ruat Caelum who gets the best score for Smackdown; wins for his captain Bobby Roode, plus Tye Dillinger brought home the score. Lord TSC gets the next best score thanks to also having Roode as captain.
The average for Smackdown was just 3 points.

7. 1493 (Kankan14 and Lithium_93) - 23Tag Team Tournament Fallout
It's been an opening week filled with drama as Lord TSC and Ruat Caelum, who went into Smackdown staring at an early exit, turn things around in style to wind up top of the ladder. That was a tag team recovery that the Rock and Roll Express would have been proud of.
In the end it is paulie and Gaw_ who manage to survive by a margin of just a point, leaving the team of 1493 (Kankan14 and Lithium_93) to be the first team eliminated. Bah Gawd, that tag team has imploded before our very eyes.
So now we know the 7 tag teams that advance. In two week's time the tag tournament will return and once again, the bottom team on the ladder will have to go. It's very tight at the minute so it will be quite a scrap to survive.

League Fallout
There's no change at the top as the top four pick up the same score, meaning the Champ daithi1989 sees out another week in first place. Well done to him.
Cheese Wagstaff has moved up to fifth place, while Lord TSC takes hold of seventh position. Ruat Caelum has also moved up a place following his strong Smackdown score, and it's looking competitive in the battle to avoid the bottom four's Deletion Zone.Smackdown results
Natalya and Carmella defeated Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.
Bobby Roode defeated Mike Kanellis.
Tye Dillinger defeated Baron Corbin.
Randy Orton defeated Aiden English.
After an absence of several weeks that saw many players lose patience with him, Bobby Roode returned with a win. Is he now a must-have option? On to Gameweek # 9 (Cup and PPV Week)...
There will be a PPV Bonus which I will detail below but first it's time to reveal the draw for the Fantasy Cup Quarter-Finals which begin this upcoming week. The four group winners were seeded with the four runners-up being the second seeds. Players who met in the group stages were kept apart. This is the draw...PW Fantasy Cup Quarter-Finals
Mr. Guappa vs Necrominus
Gaw_ vs Bounty Hunter
daithi1989 vs Cheese Wagstaff
lycan238 vs Kankan14
Some very interesting ties in there. I think the one that intrigues me is the third one which will sees the past two Fantasy League winners collide, Cheese Wagstaff and reigning champ daithi1989.
I also did a draw to determine who the winners of the ties would face in the semi-finals and that ended up like so...Winner of Quarter-Final 4 vs Winner of Quarter-Final 1
Winner of Quarter-Final 2 vs Winner of Quarter-Final 3
And that gives us a semi-final line-up like this:lycan238 or Kankan14 vs Mr. Guappa or Necrominus
Gaw_ or Bounty Hunter vs daithi1989 or Cheese Wagstaff
Now players know the road they must take to reach the final.
The quarter-final ties will take place over two legs with the first leg occurring this upcoming week and and the second leg on Gameweek #11.
In the event of a game finishing as a draw, the player with the most points from their captaincy choices over the two legs will advance.
In the event that this doesn't give us a winner, then a special one-off replay will determine the winner.
Good luck to each player.
*****Hell in a Cell Bonus Pts*****
This upcoming week is a PPV week and so there are bonus points available.
Once again, this will be an optional bonus. Here's how it works:
At Hell in a Cell we are scheduled to have two cell matches: The Usos vs New Day for the Tag Titles, and Kevin Owens vs Shane McMahon.
If you decide to take the gamble on, you must correctly predict BOTH match results. If you correctly predict both outcomes, you will pocket 6 points.
BUT...
If you predict even one of the results wrong, you will LOSE 6 points.
You must weigh up how confident you are and whether it is worth the gamble. Remember: both results must be accurate. Getting one right isn't enough.
So your submission for this week, if you are taking on the gamble, should look a bit like this:MAIN EVENT TIER - X
MAIN EVENT TIER - X
MAIN EVENT TIER - X
UPPER TIER - X
UPPER TIER - X
UPPER TIER - X
LOWER TIER - X
Your captain: X
Hell in a Cell Bonus:
New Day vs Usos: __________ will win.
Kevin Owens vs Shane McMahon: __________ will win.
If you decide not to take on the gamble, simply write 'no bonus', or else just leave it blank and I'll take that as a sign you're not going for it.
Hopefully that's clear but if you've any questions ask away.
Deadline
As it's a PPV week the deadline this time will be before the first pre-show match of Hell in a Cell on Sunday, October 8th.
Transfers and Captaincy
You can now make up to 2 transfers to your squad if you wish. These must be from the same tier. For example, a Main Event Tier performer for a Main Event Tier performer; an Upper Tier performer for an Upper Tier performer.
Please outline who you are transferring out and transferring in when posting your squads to make it easier for me to follow.
Once a team has been posted that team will be final and no edits will be allowed (unless there are exceptional circumstance, i.e. a wrestler gets legit hurt, or they are suspended).
Don't forget to choose a captain who will score you double points.
Want to join in?
The game may be under way but new players are always welcome. Places for the cup tournaments are now closed but the league is still open; sign up now to get involved.
That wraps up the update. Good luck for this bumper week ahead. Gameweek #9 is now open for business.0 -

Most popular Lower Tier picks

In the Main Event Tier, Bobby Roode becomes the most popular pick with many backing him ahead of his match with Dolph Ziggler later tonight.
In the Upper Tier, Big E is now the most picked wrestler while Chad Gable gains plenty of new owners too.
In the Lower Tier, things remain unchanged with Enzo still the most picked wrestler in the game as things stand.
As far as the Hell in a Cell bonus goes, 11 players have decided to take on the gamble. Every player taking on the bonus believes Kevin Owens will win his Cell match. In the other match, however, there is a very noticeable split as 6 players reckon The Usos will win, while 5 players think the New Day will win. Remember those who decided to take on the bonus must get both matches right or they will forfeit 6 points.
Finally, as far as the captaincy is concerned, the most popular choice is Chad Gable, with 6 players supporting him tonight.
Good luck for this busy week ahead. It should hopefully be an interesting one...0 -
Hell in a Cell has come and gone and I can tell you that this show has had massive implications for players. The PPV bonus for the show was an optional one, requiring players to predict the outcome of both Cell matches; right answers meant an extra 6 points, but just one incorrect answer would cost 6 points. This week also sees the first leg of the Fantasy Cup quarter-finals. Below you will find all of these scores, and finally what they mean for our league. Read on for more...

Hell in a Cell Fallout
Of the 11 players that decided to take on the gamble, 6 players correctly predicted that The Usos and Kevin Owens would win the Cell matches. These players were: beakerjoe, Cheese Wagstaff, Gaw_, Mr. Guappa, myself and paulie21. These players all bag an extra 6 points.
The 5 players who gambled unsuccessfully and thus lost 6 points were: daithi1989, Lord TSC, lycan238, montyrebel and Necrominus.
It's clear that the match between the New Day and Usos was a huge one this week. That result had big consequences for us.
With regards the scores, I got the highest for the PPV thanks to wins for my captain Chad Gable, Kevin Owens, Charlotte, Jey Uso, an AJ Styles appearance point, as well as the bonus. beakerjoe and Gaw_ got the second highest scores; both lads got the bonus right while beakerjoe had wins from Bobby Roode, Jinder Mahal, Jimmy Uso and his captain Chad Gable, while Gaw_ had wins from Randy Orton, Bobby Roode, Jey Uso and his captain Shelton Benjamin.
The average for Hell in a Cell worked out at 14 points.
