Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Competitive swimming (over 40)

    Hi,

    Are there any swim clubs in Dublin that I could join for indoor swimming races? I am over 40 and a decent swimmer and this is something I'd love to do but I don't know if this exists in Ireland. I am based in south dublin.

    Have a look at masters swimming clubs. I've looked into it myself but from my research they tend to train awkward times (8 - 10pm during the week, maybe a Saturday / Sunday evening as well) so I'm happy enough to just plough along in the mornings in the local pool on my own.

    Tony Morris runs Master sessions in Belvedere College in City Centre from 6:30am Monday-Friday, not sure about times at weekends but there is sessions on......7 euro a session
