    Hi,

    I applied for a credit card and received a text advising a letter was on the way seeking more info. It is now a week later and no letter has arrived. Is it possible to be advised of the other info needed here or receive a copy of the letter through my email.

    Sorry to hear you haven't received this letter yet. They may need a document such as your proof of address for your application. We would advise you to get in touch with our Credit Card team on 0818 200 412 and an advisor will be happy to look into this for you. This number is available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday.
