    hi,

    I need a bill in order to prove residency, how can I speed this process up. MPRN address is incorrect and I have asked for this as house is a new build.

    For account security, can you please send us a private message with the following details:

    - Your full name as it appears on your Electric Ireland account
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)
