Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Help to loose weight

    Hi,
I am not sure if this is more of a personal issue than a dieting issue but I am looking for help to loose weight. I am 5ft height and currently weigh 9 stone. In my 20s age wise. Officially I don't know if I am over weight but I feel fat and my weight is normally around 7 or 8 stone. I can't even look at myself anymore.
Diet wise I wouldn't say I eat that much. I don't really feel hunger and I only eat small portions as I get full quickly. I have a real sweet tooth which is my downfall. Normally when I was 7 stone it was fine to eat them but not at 9 stone.
Excerise I used to run, haven't in about two years, I walk, I do Yoga.
I am just kind of at a loss as I haven't changed my lifestyle dramatically and my weight was always fine, so I can't explain this sudden weight gain. Does anyone have any tips on how to loose weight?

You aren't overweight. Not even close.
You prob just have some slight extra body fat that you'd like to lose, that's normal. Losing it will be completely down to diet.

Being smaller, you need a larger relative deficit to lose 1lb - compared to a much bigger person. But the other side of the coin is that every poynd you lose has a bigger effect on your bf% and appearance.
