Mobile NFC default price POS payment.

This may be the wrong forum, but I was wondering if it was possible to set up Sumup (or a similar highly mobile NFC POS solution) to take a default amount when tapped with no other interaction. Basically to work like an Nfc scanner on a bus. Payer taps, payment takes 5 euro, payer gets emailed a receipt.
