Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Manchester United vs West Ham United 16:00 Sky Sports

In the previous 3 meetings the Manchester outfit put 7 past the Hammers conceding only two.

MU could hand league debuts to summer signings Lukaka, Matic and Lindelof while WHU could have Arnautivoc and former Old Trafford fan favourite Javier "Chicarito" Hernandez in their line ups.

British record signing Paul Pogba suffered from some lacklustre performances in the last campaign so a good start from him is important to set the tone for the season.

Results in other games show that the league is more competitive than ever and MU will want to take advantage of this, something they could not manage last season.

Prediction 3:1 to the home side.

Going with a 3-1 win for Man Utd. Lukaku to get 2 and Mhkitaryan the other. A consolation goal from Chicarito.

If last season is anything to go by though Joe Hart will have the game of his life :(

Skybet are 10/1 that both Lukaku and Chicharito score ;)

Hard to see anything other than a comfortable utd win. 3-0.

West Ham said he's a doubt and may not start but could feature at some stage.

    Lukaku will score.
Matic has scored 12 goals in the last 7 seasons, in total. He'll be due a goal around January, and yes, quite likely a pile driver.

Hopefully nothing too crazy from this game considering the weekend we've had. 2-1 to United. Rashers and Lukaku.

    Another 4-3.

Looking forward to watching Bailly maul strikers again this season. Poor Chicha is gonna be the first this season.

That being said Bilic has quietly built a very nice squad.

    New season, new hope.

Need to see us move the ball with more pace than last couple of years. Quick movement off the ball essential at home and using full width of pitch.

    C'mon United!!

1-1 written all over it. Lukaku and Chico.

Hart only kept 5 clean sheets out of 36 games last season foe Torini.

What's the bets on him having a monster of a game today.

You're probably just better off keeping that on your clipboard for the rest of the match. It won't be the last time you'll say it!

A big part of that was they sold the previous centre back partnership to Monaco/Napoli

His passing range is underated, he's not just a ball winner

He is mopping everything up, as a result Pogba is roaming more.
