    So who are our double risers this week?

    Hard to tell, I've activated the WC and brought in Surman (why is he rising?), Ramsey - good chance of a double rise, have Mbemba, King - who I actually want, Ward - more in hope of a double rise and Fabianski - who I might keep over Foster

    Could do with laca throwing in a hatful of goals tomorrow to excite the masses

    Jonny Walters is for life, not just for Christmas. :(

    IT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED!!!!! :eek:

    Big choice is whether or not to go Lacazette or Vardy.
    I think I'm going with the latter for a more balanced team.

    Currently at

    Alternative is to switch one of Silva/Sterling to a 6~ mid and get in Jesus instead of Vardy but none of the budget mids are really jumping out at me at the moment. I'm also spending a bit more than I normally would in defence but believe there's good value there this season.

    It is done. Don't really know what I want now mind but I have a couple of likely risers in and will re evaluate in a week's time . Kane is in there somewhere anyway

  • Registered Users Posts: 861 ✭✭✭tomwaits48

    Spine of WC team is shaping up like this -

    Fabinski, Elliot

    Jones Davies Cedric (Ward, 3.9)

    Hazard Silva Ritchie (Fellaini, Carroll)

    Kane Lukaku Jesus

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,520 ✭✭✭✭dsmythy

    My initial offering. I like the 2 weeks of fixtures they offer. 2 weeks a long time though before finalising.

    Ederson

    Azpi Bavies Cresswell Mee

    Silva Sterling Shaqiri Brady

    Kane Lukaku Joselu

    Outfield players 10 from 11. Always on bench - Elliot Rosenior Carroll

    Cresswell and Sterling to Kola and Coutinho would be the plan 2 weeks later. Then of course if any other sleeping giants wake. But like I said 2 weeks....

    I'm about 5.0 short of being happy with a wildcard team. This does not bode well :pac:

    Some major changes.

    Old

    Gomes-Fabianski

    Daniels-Baines-Davies-Hegazi-Löwe

    Willian-Salah-Alli-Mooy-Groß

    Vardy-Firmino-Jesus

    Daniels ===> Mbemba
    Baines ===> Monreal
    Willian ===> Fellaini/Kanté
    Firmino ===> Kane
    Gomes===> Elliot

    New

    Fabianski-Elliot

    Monreal-Mbemba-Hegazi-Davies-Löwe

    Salah-Mooy-Alli-Groß-Fellaini/Kanté

    Vardy-Kane-Jesus

    Will continue to look at the risers/fallers. Even though Fellaini is showing as injured, according to the predictions he is nearer a rise than Kante is, so may hold on for now.

    Thoughts?

    I don't like it front 3 are grand but the rest looks very average I would look at rebalancing most of it. Mooy hegazi groß would be first on the list

    Forster - Elliot

    Cedric - Clark - Ward - Naughton - Simpson

    Eriksen - Salah - D. Silva - Brady - Atsu

    Kane - Jesus - Wood

    I've been set on this for the last few days. The back 5 all rotate well and only 3 will play each week, all with good fixtures.
    £1m left ITB to replace Forster and Cedric with DDG and Jones after GW 11 when Southampton's fixtures get difficult and United's pick up.

    Currently on
    Pope Elliot
    cedric simpson dunk femenia naughton
    hazard alli sane sterling king
    kane jesus joselu
    Basing it on the next 8 fixtures the keepers give me West Ham H, Pal H, NEW H, Bou H, Swa H, Wat H, WBA A, Lei A.
    My defenders have decent fixtures Id hope to make no transfers in this area for 4 gws when Id hope to sell cedric for jones.
    Midfield is a gamble with sane and sterling and is dependent on further aguero news. Ideally alli will become a liverpool mid in a few gws and a city mid will be moved on too .
    Up front I want a cheap attacker ideally Hemed. Joselu is there till he gets back from suspension.
    Writing that all down though has me now thinking ive too many planned future transfers which is rarely a good thing.

    I would go with Fernandez over Naughton Busts. Clement seems to have abandoned the wing-back system and Fernandez fares much better in the BPS.

    I agree with this and I’d also be concerned about Janmaat taking minutes off Femenia.

    Almost settled on this although Holding might replace Fuchs while Mustafi is out. Also keeping an eye on Gundogan, he could come straight it

    Elliott/Fabianski
    Rudiger/Luiz/Bavies/Monreal/Fuchs (-Holding)
    Dilva/Richarlison/King/Richie/RLC
    Jesus/Kane/Lukaku

    Risking the 5-2-3 formation until the new year

    Still tinkering...

    Gomes-Fabianski

    Daniels-Baines-Davies-Hegazi-Löwe

    Willian-Salah-Alli-Mooy-Groß

    Vardy-Firmino-Jesus

    to..

    Fabianski-Elliot

    Monreal-Mbemba-Ward-Davies-Löwe

    Coutinho-Richarlison-David Silva-Groß-Kanté

    Vardy-Kane-Jesus

    Taken on board some of the suggestions, still looking at whats out there in place of Mbemba, Löwe, and Groß, and no guarantee Kanté will be there Saturday morning either.

    I've had Baines on my draft team, huge disappointment so far, I think there are much better choices, Leicester defenders look like good value

    How serious is moratas injury? Don't want to get rid and then regret it.

    Finally settled on this

    Lossl (Elliot)

    Stones Holding Azpi (Mee, Mbemba)

    Dilva Coutinho Hazard Richarlison (Cork)

    Kane Jesus Okizaki

    Any opinions?

    Actually after reading it back I made an important edit, the backline sounds better like this:

    Azpi Holding Stones

    Maybe it's just because I need the toilet but I'd go with Mee Holding Azpi in that case then.
