Advice on Laptop - shutting down quickly

    Something i want to ask myself, maybe nothing?

    A couple of days i opened up the laptop from sleep as when it usually restarts, i have utorrent starting up,

    But y'day for whatever reason after a few mins the screen went blank & the Power button was blinking!
    So it restarted again, but the same happened again, so i let it rest for a few days, until now.

    What could have happened, as there are times when sometimes the fan gets hot for the CPU, like when using Plex & has anyone noticed extra processes like Python that come when using it, as there are times when i see more than half a dozen spring up!

    At the moment, the CPU's@1%
