To be fair, if refs are left to their own devices, defenders get away with murder.
Teams in possession feel the need to exaggerate to emphasize fouls so they're not missed.

In the end it's up to the ref to sort it out. It's human nature to find the edge on either side of the equation. Not much you can do about it.

If seems like players don't understand Casemiro. He's caught 3 or 4 Barca players in possession now, and they always know he's there but they always keep the ball too close to their bodies.
