Hi, what part of V5C certificate is required for VRT? Do I have to wait for new certificate from UK and then apply for VRT or use the green part V5C/2 or maybe ask seller for full V5C (probably he not agree)?

You need the full V5 from the seller, the relevant info is on the DVLA website.
