informed of a 5 euro increase and bill is now 15 euro more

    I was on a 12 month fixed term package for 45 quid this finished and was informed by eir that my package was going up 5 euro  month. having just checked I was charged 60 last month with the same to come out again this month. Can you please fix this for me before the payment is due to be taken and re reimburse me or give me credit for the previous bill, Thanks
