So this is basically a signing that we've sent back on loan.

When we couldn't get Keita this summer I was resigned to never getting him, I thought surely with his release clause next summer he'll be snatched up by Bayern. Regardless of him not arriving for another year this is massive. Now just don't get fcuking injured.

Wonder how much we have to pay. A deal where both sides can be happy anyway, I imagine. We're assured that we have the player, and RBL still keep him for the year, as promised. They were losing him next year regardless, but now they make some more on it.

I see the African Nations Cup in 2019 will be held in June/July. Hopefully it stays like this. Ridiculous that clubs lost lost key players in an ongoing league season.

That Keita news really came out of nowhere. Read on Twitter only this morning that there was absolutely nothing about Keita to Liverpool in the German media for over 2 weeks now. Whole thing seemed dead.
