Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking at the increments for Garda pay as on the GRA site..
Am I right in thinking, after 32 weeks in Templemore, and two years of service as a Guard after that, so over 2.5 years you can apply for additional increments?
So based on the above at the end of year two of working, when you hit €33,240.00, you jump to the year five figure of €40,495.30 if you have a degree?
So essentially after 32 weeks in the college and an additional two years of work you will jump to five years on the scale, with a degree?
Is there anything additional for having a Masters?
