It'll be run by BJJ brown belt Cian Cowley & SBG wrestling coach Sergey Pikulskiy. Naas just struck coaching gold! Looks like a great space they've secured too.

    Cowley is a brown belt?

    This surprises me.

    Is he leaving warriors then?

If it's a brown belt it's Cian Conlon not Cian Cowley.

Try signing up for the Wimp 2 Warrior programme. It's starting up again in SBG Naas Rd in October.
