26 year old, 2.5 years for drink driving, provisional licence. Will I get a quote?

I was done for drink driving and my time is up but I need a quote from an insurance company to get my licence back. I'm 26 but have a provisional licence. Will I get a quote? And how bad will it be?

Also where is the best insurance company that would quote convicted drivers?

I presume you had insurance when you were stopped. Your last insurance company would be the first port of call. Failing that, get 3 written refusals and contact the Declined Cases Committee in Insurance Ireland who will assist you
