New TV Being Affected by New Freezer

Our TV keeps cutting out for a millisecond every time the freezer motor starts and I am concerned that it will damage the TV. So I am looking for a voltage regulator/stabilizer to protect it. Anybody have any suggestions where I may get such a thing?
