Hi there. From what I gather, we need to provide our child's pps no and date of birth. Does anyone know if this is all that's required?

Hi detoxkid.

We received an email from our childcare provider with a link.

Child's pps dob etc & parents pps info have to be provided from what I can see from the link. Info for us has to be provided by Tomorrow.

Maybe Check your emails.
