Hi Just wondering if anybody knows a good athletics club in the limerick or clare area that would run training sessions for masters throwers. thanks

I don't know - if you look at the results of nationals and masters nationals on Athletics Ireland, and see if there are any clubs in that area winning medals in throws, that would be a good place to start.
