Investment property in Belfast

    Hi,

    With GBP so low at the moment , I'm considering investing in property in Belfast. I previously worked in UK so have some sterling saved up and rather than exchange the money at a poor rate now, I'm considering buying a propery and investing it out.

    I wouldn't have time to travel up to Belfast to manage the property on a regular basis so I would have to get a property management company to do so.

    Any advise appreciated. Thanks!!
