Just wondering if pyrite can exist in an old property built in 1900. I got a strucural survey carried out and the surveyor wrote "due to the age of the property, it is highly unlikely to have an excess pyrite problem in the foundations".

Is this enough to go by or should I get another survey carried out just in case? Maybe I'm just paranoid.
