Handyman for odd jobs around the house

Does anyone have recommendations for a handyman in the city area? Looking for odd jobs done around the house - lay attic insulation / tile pointing / patio paving pointing / garden clearing / some painting... (don't have time for DIY) or would I be better off getting and paying for a "pro" for each odd job?

Try Pat McLoughlin at Pinnacle Maintenance, he advertises as being available for nearly anything. I don't have contact numbers but a quick search should find him.
