Payment taken for Nest that was never delivered

    Hi,

    I recently ordered a Nest Learning Thermostat. The person responsible for the installation never turned up, even though i had taken the day off work to allow them access to the property. And now I see that I have been charged €130.

    Can you tell me when the installer will be calling around? If not, I would like a refund please.
