Is there anyway to lodge money into a tsb acct on saturday and have it available in there today does anyone know? Thanks

Only way I know is electronically from another PTSB account. That's instant

Won't help you now but might be of interest to others in future.

There are branched if PTSB that are open on Saturdays until 1400 and have the new Multifunctional AMT's that allow to lodge cash/checks.

Cash lodgment are there immediately.

Not all of those might have the new machines, I know Swords has, so you would need to try:
