    ViewSonic VX2457-MHD & AOC G2460VQ6 might be worth considering, they're 75Hz monitors.
Decide whether you prefer picture quality (Asus VC239H - IPS panel) or motion clarity (75Hz).
    Rest looks good.

If it's any help, you could save over €40 by dropping to a 450W Bronze PSU. Still tonnes of power for what you have, and for future upgrades.

The Ryzen 1600 (non X version) comes with a cooler. Many reports suggest you can modestly overclock with the stock cooler too.

You can definitely save on the PSU if you're looking for ways to cut costs - not that your original choice isn't a brilliant PSU, but more about cost saving.

You can also use the stock cooler as outlined above, it's actually quite good and will support overclocking.

You can also drop Win10 Home - the 'trial' version of Win10 works indefinitely with just a tiny watermark in the corner. I've never paid for a copy of Win10 and never plan to!

A GTX1060 isn't a bad call for the graphics card and prices have largely returned to normal.

Yeah Ryzen 1600 has a decent stock cooler so you can save a few beans there. You can always add a better one later if you want to overclock it more.

That PC will sip power as well. Probably only around 250w under load with the 1060 unless you overclock the CPU and GPU in which case you are probably looking at around 350w. A 450w would be plenty but maybe go between with a 550w for efficiency.

PSU's best efficiency tends to be in the 40-60% max load area.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, still considering different options, its hard to make your mind up on what to do, but am now thinking of getting a card now as well, how would this one look, with the build above minus the cooler and maybe dropping down the psu and going for dual monitors
