    I left Saturday at 1am! I have a photo of the meter taken before I left. Can we sort this via PM. You can't forward a bill to me.

    We can close your account if you wish.

    We can forward the bill internationally if required, or if you are registered for Online Billing you will receive an email notification when the bill has been issued.

    We require the below details via private message:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • Your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder
    • The meter reading taken the day you moved out of the property
    • The name and contact number of the new occupant or property owner

    Alternatively, you can close the account with the following form on our website.
