    Hi,
    An elderly relative of mine has an eir landline.  The two-monthly call charges usually amount to less than €10 but when the service charge and V.A.T. etc are added, the bill comes to about €70 - €80 every 2 months.  Do you have any non-contract, phone-only, package which would be less expensive.
