security sequence error

    Business On Line. Created a payment and attempted to authorise it (using digital cert)...received the following error message 'security sequence error '.

    Any ideas? Has it anything to do with keycodes? - which we haven't downloaded apps / done anything about yet.

    We'd suggest that you log out, refresh your browser, and log back in again. This error can happen when a second session is running and wont allow you to make your payment.
