Civil Partnership dissolution without a solicitor?

    Hi all,

The online material isn't very clear about this: on one side it says you can get dissolution representing yourself, but on the other it doesn't say how to even start, just saying to get solicitor...

So I'm wondering if anyone has an idea if it's possible to get dissolution of civil partnership without solicitor (if both partners agree on everything 100% of course) and if so, where do I even start?

    Thank in advance

    Try citizens information service.
Or set up an appointment with the family mediation service.. You've probably both got things to sort out between ye anyway..
