    That is prime rental terrirtory with prime rents,surely if you could afford to life there then other areas must look cheap in comparison.
    Convenience and postal code cost alot.

    I think we should invent a new term. Something like "postcode homeless" (inspired by your post :) ), just to save the word "homeless" for what it really means.

    What is the end goal for posters?

    Who is going to serve you coffee? Clean your Air BnB lettings?

    You want them to live in Waterford and commute to Dublin everyday for minimum wage? Or you're happy to allow 20 people to live in a two-bedroom property paying €500+ each amount?

    Or you want the tax payer to house people so you can get cheap labour?

    That is all too extreme, but unless they are earning a large salary they might have to put up a long commute. To make sense of the argument you would have to subtract those who are saying its not fair that I cant rent any where in Dublin's inner suburbs from those who can't afford or find anything with in an hour to an hour and a half commute to where they work.
