Curious Newcomer to Interview Process

Ignore the fact that the title (after re-reading it) sounds like a sh*te porno name..

Just looking for some wisdom! I'm young, haven't really done many interviews and was recently (10th of this month) interviewed for a position in a call centre. They've been on the ball in terms of emails and phone calls within 24 hours of getting the interview and it being rearranged etc.

But since then, I've heard zilch, nada, nothing! I know this is likely just a part of the process, but I'm beginning to think I've not gotten the position.

So essentially what I'm asking is: When would you think enough time has elapsed to confirm I've missed out and can write it off mentally?
